What is Darren's Rum recommendation for $100 @ Quittin Time?
Doorly's XO - Darren's favourite rum under $100.
First aging is done in American Oak and the XO is finished in Spanish Oloroso Sherry Casks. Doorlys Rums are a true rum with no sugar or flavouring added. Complex in structure and delicate on the finish.
El Dorado 12yo - A wonderful rum, perfect for those starting to branch out into premium rum.
Lush tropical fruit and spice nose. It has a round, mellow, full bodied palate with powerful fruit, tobacco, and orange peel; leather and toasty and oak flavours; hedonistic and well balanced; rich amber colour, with aromas of banana and vanilla; pure and subtle.
Details: Hand-crafted in Guyana 12+ year old rum Aged in American oak barrels.
