Purchases of $250 or more - Insured Post with tracking is FREE. Purchases under $250 - Insured Post with tracking is $10. If your order weighs under 500grams, it is automatically upgraded to Express Post at no extra charge. |
International Orders
We post our custom flies and tackle to most places in the world.
Purchases of $500 or more - Insured Post with tracking is FREE to most places.
Purchases under $500 - Insured Post with tracking is generally $29.95 to most places ($20 to NZ).
Some international destinations require delivery via insured courier which is quite expensive, so you will find out during checkout what your specific countries postal requirements are.
A handfull of large or heavy items will attract additional shipping charges due to their higher postage costs, but you you will be advised during chackout if you have ordered one of these, and you can choose whether or not to proceed.
Return & Exchange
You are protected by Australian Consumer Law. "You have the right to a repair, replacement or full refund if your goods are faulty, unsafe, do not work, or are very different from the description or sample."
If something is not right, we are happy to fix, replace or refund the item. We reserve the right to decide which option is applicable depending on fault or circumstances.
We are happy to exchange clothing, waders or boots for a different size within 14 days of purchase. Items for Exchange must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with original tags intact).
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
